Shoes size-- she is a size 26 (9) now, 27 (10) for the spring.  She could use black and/or blue Mary Janes.  Trainers (Sneakers).  Brown leather waterproof winter boots.
Clothes size: size 4T in tops and 3T in bottoms.  She is very skinny on the bottom.
